Our founding members

Leaders in the provision of neonatal care, the TCNH member sites have partnered to share their expertise and resources to establish a network of specialists to improve the delivery of care in key areas across the center in an effort to provide the right care to every neonate, by the right provider at the right time.

Mount Sinai Hospital

As the Hospital’s largest clinical program, Mount Sinai delivers approximately 7,000 babies each year, the highest volume of births in the province, and is one of the largest perinatal centres in North America.

St. Michael’s Hospital

The Level 2 nursery Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is a 20-bed, family-centered, open-concept facility. The hospital offers specialized care and advanced technology.

Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre

Sunnybrook is one of three high-risk regional neonatal nurseries serving the Central East Region of Ontario. They provide integrated family-centred care for infants requiring Level III or Level II neonatal care.

The Hospital for Sick Children

The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) is a health-care community dedicated to improving the health of children. Our mission is to provide the best in family-centred, compassionate care, to lead in scientific and clinical advancement, and to prepare the next generation of leaders in child health.
